Returns + Exchanges

Abby Boutique LLC gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days from the purchase date.

Merchandise must be new and in unused condition which include merchandise to be unwashed, unworn and smoke-free. Merchandise must have original tags attached. Original invoice is required for return and/ or exchange.

Merchandise discounted 30% or more are final sales and cannot be return and/ or exchange.

Request for an exchange in size in not guaranteed. Merchandise might be out of stock. Shipping fee will be apply for shipping out exchange request. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective. 

The value of the refund will be issued back into your original method of payment with 5 business days.

Any returns past the 14 days time frame will not be accepted.

Abby Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements.
